Shanghai Kaigong Valve Co., Ltd was established in 2000, which is one of the important members of Kaigong group in Beijing. It located in Jiading industry zone, Shanghai, occupies and area of 43956 sq. M, it is one large-scale shareholding enterprise integrating professional design, manufacture and sales, consists of 270 employees including 39 engineering technicians and 8 talents with high-grade technical titles. There are 180sets production equipments involving two production steamlines, one paint drying streamline, 27 sets of CNC lathes and processing center. Quality is the soul of one enterprise. In order to ensure the better quality products, a complete test system is established including the equipments of X-ray detector, magnetic powder detector, Ultrasonic flaw detector, penetrating defect detector, metallographic tester, physical&chemical tester, pressure tester, to perform strict control over the quality of products during the whole manufacture prcedures, the quality is ensured strictly in accordance with DNV, ISO9001-2000 quality management system and Jindie ERP dynamic management system.

The nominal diameter is operated within 8mm-2000mm, while nominal pressure within 0.6MPa-80MPa and operating temperature within -196C-570C, the products, made of the various materials consisting of carbon steel, stainless steel, thermal-resisting steel, high quality alloy steel, can be driven according to the requirements of customers by the modes like manually, electrically, pneumatically, pneumatically-hydraulically combination. Other valves with special specifications and assorted with imported apparatus can be also made. The valves are technically improved and upgraded gradually in accordance with national standards, industry standards, and international advanced standards like ANSI, API, ASME(USA), JIS(Japan), BS(UK) and DIN(Germany), their structures, performance, quallity achieve international advanced level. Moreover, a great list of certifications has been gained including API6D, international standardization organization, Det Norske Veritas(DNV), ISO9001: 2000 quality system, UKAS ISO14001 Environmental management system, CE and AZ. The valves manufactured are widely applied in the fields like petroleum, water chemicals, oil&gas transportation, mine, metallurgy and power supply, and sold far away to the overseas.
